I am not sure if this recipe is traditional to my part of the country, but a co worker of mine who just moved to the area, had no idea what I was talking about when I told her about these. My aunt used to make these for me when I was a kid. When Dan requested these for his co workers as a Christmas gift I was excited to relive a nice memory from my childhood.
1 (11 oz) Package of butterscotch morsels
3/4 cup of creamy peanut butter
2 (5 oz) can chow mien noodles
3 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1) Melt butterscotch and peanut butter together.
2) Mix with chow mien noodles and marshmallows.
3) Drop stack of mixture onto wax paper and put in freezer for 5 mins to let the peanut butter and butterscotch mixture to harden.
